About the Role
You will lead a close knit team of planners who deliver high quality RMA and consenting work across a diverse range of projects. The role suits someone who enjoys mentoring others, driving technical excellence and being hands on with complex resource consent applications. You will help shape strategy for the planning team, manage workflow and support strong client relationships.
What You Will Bring
- Strong experience in resource management, planning or environmental consenting
- A passion for guiding and developing planners at varying levels
- Confidence working directly with clients and winning work
- Solid understanding of council processes and the wider RMA landscape
- A collaborative working style and the ability to build trust quickly
