We are looking for a Team Leader to join the EdenSleep team to manage our small team and ever-growing customer base to help with their sleep health.

Let's talk about responsibilities:

As a Team Leader for EdenSleep, you focus on motivating your team to help people to achieve outcomes with their sleep health. Reporting directly into the National Sales Manager you will provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards, working towards driving revenue, increased business growth and superior market reputation.
 

  • Ability to achieve relevant sales budgets, making recommendations to raise the standards of service and practice delivery.
  • Experience and knowledge of coaching team members, supporting and managing performance
  • Keep up to date on industry product knowledge and training.
  • Actively fulfill client follow up program, prepare and send reports.
  • Maintain the upkeep of the clinic, inclusive of stock take, filing, cleanliness of clinic to have high presentation standards.
  • Maintenance, reprocessing and checking of trial equipment
  • Maintain communication and confidence skills to liaise with third parties where required.
     

To succeed in this role, you will have the following:

  • Previous success in managing the performance, training and development of a team
  • Experience in a retail, sales, customer service or healthcare role
  • Ability to recruit and motivate a team. You have an open mindset to change and a strong ability to lead others effectively through change
  • Ability to maintain compassion and remain calm under pressure.
  • A strong customer service that is always looking for the best outcome for the individual.
  • Training and coaching skills to help your team achieve relevant sales budgets, making recommendations to raise the standards of service and practice delivery.
  • Strong and adaptable communication skills.
  • An active listener with the ability to find solutions to customer concerns and issues.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to learn different computer systems
  • Any previous experience in healthcare or pharmacy background is highly regarded
