About the role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahi

As a Team Leader in our Partnered Recovery - Physical Injury team, you'll guide and support a group of dedicated recovery professionals. Your leadership will enable them to deliver proactive, effective, and personalised services to ACC clients who require one-to-one support due to complex or intensive needs.

You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, using your coaching and mentoring strengths to help your team succeed. Collaboration, adaptability, and a passion for people will be key to your success.

  • Competitive remuneration: Starting salary of $101,287, plus 9% superannuation, bringing the total package to $110,402

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8am and 5:30pm.

  • Proven leadership experience in a customer-focused or service delivery environment, or demonstrated leadership within a team or project
  • Ability to motivate teams using data and insights to drive performance and outcomes
  • Strong coaching skills, with the ability to adapt your approach to suit individual needs
  • Resilience, excellent organisational skills, and sound professional judgement
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a pragmatic and solution-focused mindset
  • Knowledge of the New Zealand Disability approach is an advantage
