About Dynasty Sport

Dynasty Sport designs and manufactures premium custom apparel and accessories for professional and grassroots sporting organisations across New Zealand, Australia and beyond.

Our partners include One NZ Warriors, Moana Pasifika, Manly Sea Eagles, North Queensland Cowboys, Gold Coast Titans, Wellington Phoenix, international rugby league and many more across all sports.

From professional teamwear to fan gear, we run multiple e-commerce websites dispatching globally every day.

The Role

This is more than managing websites, this is about building the digital experience that connects fans and communities with the Dynasty Sport brand.

You'll take the lead on e-commerce innovation, performance marketing and digital growth, working alongside our creative content team to deliver impactful campaigns.

What You'll Do

E-Commerce

  • Own the innovation: Shape and execute our e-commerce roadmap in line with business goals. Drive conversion, retention and innovation.
  • Run the show: Manage daily site operations and product launches including product listings, content, pricing and performance.
  • Constantly optimise: Lead UX improvements rolling out new site features.
  • Harness the data: Manage GA4, setting up tracking and deliver insights that move the numbers.

Digital Marketing

  • Email Automation: Oversee segmentation, lifecycle flows and retention campaigns via Klaviyo (or similar).
  • Paid Performance: Plan and manage Meta, Google, YouTube and LinkedIn ad campaigns to grow traffic and revenue.
  • Creative Collaboration: Partner with our Graphic Designer and Content Marketing Manager to produce sharp, on-brand creative and ad copy that drives engagement.
  • Stay Ahead: Keep a pulse on emerging trends, platforms and tools to keep Dynasty digital dominant.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience driving e-commerce growth for a consumer brand (sports, apparel or retail ideal).
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, GA4, Google Ads and Klaviyo (or similar).
  • Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with the data and actionable reporting.
  • Creative and adaptable with a commercial edge.
  • A team player who brings energy, optimism and ownership to every project.
  • Experience in the sports, fitness or retail industry is a bonus.

  • Reporting to: General Manager Marketing & Communications (with close collaboration with the ownership group).
  • Location: Head Office Albany, Auckland with hybrid working arrangements. Some travel may be required for events and collaborations across Australasia.
  • Type: Full-time, permanent.
