About the Role
This is a pivotal role within the company, responsible for driving profitability, shaping the product portfolio, while overseeing the growth of more than 100 brands. The position requires a seasoned professional. Success in this role demands strong commercial awareness, a keen understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights, as well as exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll work collaboratively with the Sales and Marketing teams to enhance the current product offering and identify new growth opportunities. You'll manage brand journeys from product selection through to marketing and training, keeping up to date with vendor technologies and ensuring the portfolio remains competitive.
Key Responsibilities
· Ownership of the product portfolio including developing and growing the offering.
· Research and present businesses case for new product offerings.
· Maintain robust pricing strategy to maximise margin while remaining competitive in market.
· Become the product knowledge expert.
· Help to develop and support marketing plan, showing ROI on activities executed.
· Conduct regular range reviews of portfolio.
· Pro-actively managing any slow moving or aged stock.
· Perform customer audits to ensure customer catalogues are up-to-date.
· Ensure achievement of KPIs and any applicable vendor rebates.
· Stay up-to-date with competitive and market information, including new trends.
About You
A positive attitude with a competitive nature. You will have 6+ years Product Management experience.

· Proven track record in maximising margin and sales growth.
