Our client is looking for an ambitious developing Product Manager to champion a key NZ product portfolio in digital access solutions. If you love blending your technical products expertise with a broadly commercial role, this could be for you Well supported by an Australian Product Manager (within the category), you will drive portfolio growth across the NZ market; developing commercial insights, defining product strategy, and responding to customer needs, to create great products and bring innovative ideas to life.

What you'll do

  • Translate market research, customer insights, and competitor intelligence into clear product direction and actionable innovation projects.
  • Drive a NZ product portfolio, including leading end-to-end development of NZ-specific products in a stage-gate manufacturing environment.
  • Manage concurrent launch projects, including delivering continuous product innovation and VA/VE initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot in-market product issues, deliver technical training and support the sales team with technical expertise.
  • Maintain accurate product information, working with the AU Product Manager and cross-functional teams on pricing, quality, supply chain, and product lifecycle activities.

What you'll bring

  • 2–4 years' experience in Product Management, Product Engineering or similar, with a good understanding of / interest in digital tech - IoT, wireless protocols, mobile apps.
  • Capable analytical and problem-solving skills, alongside strong commercial awareness and a passion for delivering customer-focused design solutions.
  • Confident communicator who enjoys a collaborative team approach and thrives on ownership and delivering results.
  • Experience with new product innovation in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
