Equans NZ is looking for a passionate and motivated Service Coordinator to provide support and ensure day to day operations are completed in an efficient and productive manner.

Are you an experienced Service Coordinator who thrives in a busy collaborative environment? This part-time position offers flexibility while keeping you engaged with varied tasks every day. You'll play a key role in supporting our mechanical services team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

Main responsibilities:

  • Professionally handle inbound phone calls and assist with customer queries
  • Provide an integral link in the delivery of routine and non-routine maintenance services to customers
  • Schedule and coordinate technicians for routine and non-routine maintenance
  • Monitor branch WIP and update customer portals
  • Perform data entry in our ERP system (Pronto Xi)
  • Prepare jobs for vetting and carry out invoicing
  • Assist with reports, documents, and correspondence
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams

The role requirements include:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the same or similar role
  • Previous Pronto experience would be an advantage
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Proven aptitude for managing competing priorities with successful deliverables
  • Advanced to intermediate MS Office skills particularly Excel
  • Previous experience in a call centre/service delivery preferred
  • High level of accuracy
