We are looking for an experienced Claim Team Leader to join our fun and friendly team in our modern Mt Wellington location.
Strengths, Skills, and Experience:
- Extensive experience in Motor Insurance Claims (Crash/Fire/Theft)
- Excellent leadership, training, and mentoring skills.
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
- Call Centre or Customer Service experience.
- A passion for offering great service.
You will be handling:
•Staff development, management, and reporting.
•Claim reviews.
•Claim Lodgement & validation.
• Claim authorisation and approvals.
• Optimum claim handling skills.
• Technical experience with complex claims.
