Claim Handler

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Breakdown Insurance (MBI) Claim Handler, an experienced Automotive Technician or Mechanic who's ready to step off the tools and into a professional Mechanical Breakdown Insurance (MBI) Claims Handling role.

As part of our claims team, you'll use your technical background to assess vehicle repair claims, liaise with workshops, and help customers get back on the road quickly and confidently.

You'll be the key contact between repairers and customers - making decisions, arranging assessments, and ensuring claims are handled efficiently, fairly and honestly.

What You'll Bring

· Strong mechanical knowledge - ideally from a technician, service advisor, or workshop background

· Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional approach

· Confidence to make sound, fair decisions

· Prior insurance or warranty experience (preferred but not essential)

· A proactive, team-oriented attitude and passion for helping people

Role Duties:

· Review diagnostics, repair quotes, and technical reports within policy terms

· Communicate with customers, workshops, and assessors to progress claims

· Approve, process, and manage claims from start to finish

· Build positive working relationships with automotive repairers nationwide

· Deliver an outstanding customer experience- aiming for 5-star reviews every time
