Strengths, Skills, and Experience:

Lead customers through the claim process, by arranging assessments and repair work to get them back on the road.

Role Duties:

  • Respond to customer enquiries.
  • Review diagnosis and repair within the terms and conditions of the policy.
  • Accept and process claims.
  • Build relationships with workshops.
  • Achieve 5 Star Google Reviews.
