Join an award-winning national law firm in its well-established specialist Tax team. Working with the support of a highly regarded tax partner, two Senior Associates, and juniors in the team you will work with local and international businesses on tax aspects relating to mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, investments, asset protection matters, tax disputes, property transactions and the like. You'll be advising large corporate clients, public sector clients as well as high net worth individuals.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate with clients in various sectors in providing strategic advice around tax-effective structures and solutions to their commercial needs.

About you:
- 3+ years PQE in NZ tax law / consulting;
- Good academics (B average or higher in your LLB is key);
- Ability to hold an NZ practising certificate; and
- Experience gained in a reputable tax law team or within a leading accountancy practice, in its tax team. Ideally with exposure to transactional tax matters.
