**About the role**

Due to continued growth in our financial services practice, our Auckland-based team is looking for a senior lawyer to join us. Ideally you will have experience in a commercial law firm environment. You will be providing advice and consulting services and working with a team on a wide range of significant matters for prestigious corporate and finance clients. Ideally you will have local experience, with some experience or exposure to financial services, investment funds, securities law, insurance law or KiwiSaver. We would also be interested in you if you have offshore experience, and a general corporate, finance or tax background.

This is an interesting and challenging role and will suit an enthusiastic self-starter, who enjoys cultivating strong working relationships.

**Relevant Skills and Experience**
- 5+ years PQE
- Commercially astute and client focused
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Large Law firm experience working on complex matters - desired
