What's on Offer?

  • Part-time fixed-term roles (4 days/week) with potential to transition into casual work after the term ends.
  • Casual roles to support our busy summer season, including shifts over the Christmas & New Year period.
  • Opportunities to pick up additional shifts or train in other areas such as the Customer Services Centre (CSC).
  • A supportive team environment where your growth and contribution are valued.

Salary: Starting from $64,485 per annum (pro-rated for part-time/casual), based on skills and experience.

  • Delivering guided tours and informal interactions that connect people with the mahi of Parliament.
  • Supporting retail and customer service operations.
  • Ensuring a safe and accessible environment for all.
  • Contributing ideas and energy to new initiatives and improvements.
