Are you a polished, people-focused professional looking for a great temp opportunity in the heart of the city? We're seeking a confident and friendly Corporate Receptionist to support a busy CBD office over the lead-up to Christmas.

About the Role:

In this front-desk position, you'll be the welcoming face of the organisation and provide day-to-day administrative support. No two days are the same, and your ability to multitask and stay organised will shine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Managing visitor sign-ins and maintaining a secure reception area
  • Answering and directing incoming calls
  • Booking and coordinating meeting rooms
  • Supporting the wider team with general admin tasks
  • Ensuring the reception area is tidy, organised, and presentable at all times

About You:

  • Confident, friendly, and polished communication style
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Previous reception or administration experience (corporate experience advantageous)
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to hit the ground running
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and booking systems
