Our client is a leading New Zealand business with a reputation for excellence in programme delivery.
An exciting opportunity has come up as a corporate receptionist position for several months where you will be supporting the team and being the face of the company. This is a great team, who are very welcoming and have a great 'team culture'. This is a busy and challenging role, commencing ASAP.
Duties include:
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- General administrative support to the wider team
- Organising bookings and meetings
- Coordinating mail, couriers and deliveries
This role would suit someone with an administration or reception background who is personable, hard-working, and adaptable. We are looking for someone outgoing, friendly, and professional.
In addition to the above you will need to have:
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- At least 1-year experience in a similar role
