Mojo Coffee is hiring for an exciting opportunity for someone keen to move into a Roastery environment. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for specialty coffee who is looking to grow and develop their career.

Our Roastery, located in Mount Eden, supports four of New Zealand's most recognised and loved coffee brands: eighthirty, Kōkako, Mojo, and Vivace.

This position is a full-time, fixed-term role covering approximately nine months of maternity leave.

What You'll Do
  • Process wholesale, retail, and online orders with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate order fulfilment and dispatch, working closely with our roastery and warehouse teams.
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email, resolving inquiries quickly and professionally.
  • Support daily inventory management and inwards goods processes using Unleashed and Shopify.
  • Maintain a clean, organised workspace in line with our Food Control Plan and safety standards.
  • Occasionally drop off orders in an automatic-transmission delivery van to our wholesale partners and cafés.
  • Support the Roastery Manager and Coffee Roasters as required
About You
  • You're organised, proactive, and have a great eye for detail.
  • You're a confident communicator who enjoys building positive relationships with customers.
  • You're physically fit, able to lift boxes up to 25kg, and comfortable being on your feet for most of the day.
  • You're comfortable juggling logistics, customer service, and physical tasks.
  • You have a passion for specialty coffee and a desire to learn and grow.
  • You hold a full NZ driver's licence and are confident driving in Auckland.
  • Experience in dispatch, logistics, or customer service—especially within the coffee or hospitality industry—is a bonus, but not essential. Full training will be provided.
