**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**
The primary focus of this role is to ensure Business Partners work with business units to ensure they receive communications advice and strategies that meet their needs and support their priorities.
**Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience**
- Experience (in the range of at least 8+ years) in communication roles, including leading a team of professionals.
- Ability to critically analyse, interpret and simplify complex information to make well-reasoned decisions and to improve the accessibility of information for others.
- Ability to influence and constructively challenge and to build effective relationships with all levels of the organisation and with stakeholders, helping others to embrace change and achieve desired outcomes.
