The Opportunity
As Territory Manager, you will build strong and sustainable customer relationships within the stores in your territory, with a view to partnering to generate mutual sales growth and build our brands. You'll be well supported by our team of Territory Managers in the region, and you'll work closely with our in-house merchandising team.
With energy and drive, you will partner closely with your Four Square stores to ensure the flawless execution of promotional plans, compliance against planned in-store activities, and to identify additional opportunities for ranging and displaying our products. You will also support the broader team through providing Merchandising support in other Banners.
This is an entry level sales role in which you will build the skills required to further your sales career. The ingredients you'll bring
- A passion for selling and building relationships
- A high level of self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously
- Great communication and relationship building skills, with both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong time management, planning and organisational skills
- The ability to problem solve and think on your feet
- Experience in FMCG, Grocery or Retail is an advantage
- Comfortable with technology platforms such as email, Microsoft Teams and Excel
- A full Driver's License and proven safe driving record
- Flexibility to work additional hours during our busy seasonal periods (Easter and Christmas)
