On behalf of Competenz we are seeking a relationship-focused Training Advisor to support apprentices and employers across your region. This is a rewarding, people-centred role where you will help learners succeed, strengthen industry capability, and represent a trusted national brand.
About the Role
- Build strong relationships with learners, employers, schools, and providers
- Support apprentices through regular visits, coaching, and tailored learning plans
- Conduct employer capacity checks and learner profiling
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and drive completions
- Deliver assessor coaching and assessment services
- Manage territory planning, reporting, and data accuracy
What You'll Bring
- years in account management or customer-facing roles
- Engineering related industry experience or training/education background
- Strong communication, organisation, and relationship skills
- Comfortable managing your own territory and workload
- High computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
