About the Opportunity

We're looking for a confident and self-motivated Independent Contractor to partner with our growing HR consultancy. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys flexibility, variety, and independence while working on real-world HR and business development projects.

You'll work closely with our team to support clients, drive business growth, and strengthen our online presence — all while developing your own professional skills and portfolio.


What You'll Do
  • Assist in HR documentation, onboarding, and compliance processes
  • Support business development through cold calling, lead follow-ups, and client outreach
  • Manage and create engaging social media content using Canva
  • Contribute ideas for marketing and brand growth initiatives
  • Work independently while meeting deadlines and project goals

What We're Looking For
  • HR or business-related background (study or experience in NZ HR preferred)
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and sales skills
  • Social media savvy with creative design skills (Canva experience essential)
  • Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
  • A professional who takes initiative and enjoys building client relationships
