**About Us**:
B & H Builders (2008) Limited is a reputable and growing construction company operating across the commercial, residential, and civil & infrastructure sectors. With offices in both Auckland and Wellington, we are known for our commitment to quality, reliability, and long-standing relationships in the industry.

We are currently looking for a senior level **Sales consultant / Independent sales contractor** - **labour hire & construction** to join our close-knit team in Auckland. Fitting into the existing team is a critical factor so the successful applicant must be team orientated, be able to work with all levels of the business and have good client relationship skills. You must have a positive attitude and the ability to communicate clearly.

**Who Are We Looking For?**

We want someone who:

- Builds a new customer pipeline by making telephone calls, in-person visits and presentations to prospective customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets / work on KPI’s.
- Coordinate sales activities with projects, tendering, administration and operations.
- Analyse feedback on client needs, market, trends and competitor activities.
- Establish, develop and then maintain business relationships with prospective customers to generate new business for the organisation’s services.
- Has strong industry connections within construction across New Zealand.
- Uses a consultative sales approach to build strong customer relationships and trust.
- Can bring negotiated tender package leads working along with project team.

**Relevant experience required**:

- Prior labour hire experience is a must - we’re open to both full-time employees and independent contractors.
- A retired professional or long-time construction industry professional who still wants to stay connected / switch over and contribute meaningfully.
- Previous work experience with Tier 1/ main contractors are preferred.
- Applicant must be a New Zealand citizen or permanent resident.
