**About the role**:
Become a pivotal member of HR team, where you will play a crucial role in advising and supporting managers through formal investigations and disciplinary processes. You will also provide expert guidance in responding to employee complaints, equipping managers with essential tools and skills to effectively lead their teams independently. Additionally, you will support collective bargaining efforts and foster proactive communication with union organizations, enabling them to fulfill their statutory and contractual roles effectively. This role is essential in safeguarding the organization's interests and promoting positive industrial relations.
