About the role

GS1 NZ has multiple software-as-a-service platforms which enable effective and efficient product information & content synchronisation throughout the supply chain. As an Implementation Analyst, you will be working across various GS1 service solutions to support our continued expansion into the Food & Grocery, Hardware, and Healthcare sectors.

Your key area of involvement will be in onboarding new business to our product master data service lines. There will also be a focus on supporting existing members using our services. 

Embedding our solutions means engaging directly with customers to project manage a defined implementation programme, running training sessions (online and in person), having a knack for understanding multiple software solutions and business processes, and working with our engagement managers to develop relationships with key demand & supply side customers. 

Skills and experience

This is a great opportunity for a keen grad or someone with some professional experience. Ideally you'll have the following:
  • A Tertiary qualification in business, supply chain, management or information systems
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite of products - especially Excel
  • The ability to analyse situations and problem solve your way through them
  • Confidence to speak and present content to groups of people
