Supply Analyst

We are seeking a Supply Analyst to be an integral part of the Kotahi Operations Team, to deliver compelling supply plans across Kotahi's ocean freight offerings. This is a full-time, permanent role, based in Kotahi's Auckland office.

In this role you will:

• Influence the greater organisation to provision requirements in a digitised fashion that satisfies the pre-requisite configuration of Kotahi's long-term Optimisation toolkit.
• Undertake analysis and modelling of forecast impacts on plan and take the initiative to conduct further scenario analysis where required to support recommendations.
• Act as the conduit between demand and distribution planning, regularly engaging with internal teams to provide expertise and information that details and enables solution implementation into Kotahi's tactical environment.
• Create and maintain supply plans, taking a leadership role in the critique and insights of supply plan performance, and the implementation of a continuous and iterative planning process to influence internal team's contribution to EBIT performance.
• Undertake quantitative and qualitative analyses, including analysis of service offerings, customers, suppliers and supply chain costs and activities to provide recommended solutions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with our vendor management function on customer RFPs, communicating risks to the optimal execution of the plan and developing mitigation plans for our stakeholders.
• Support and provide cover for the Optimisation & Solutions Analyst.

You will bring advanced numerical and analytical skills, strong commercial acumen and a solid understanding of supply chain data elements and interoperability.
