Are you an analytical thinker with a passion for driving operational change? Join our client as a Technical Change Analyst and play a vital role in implementing and managing critical security capabilities within their national environment. We are seeking a proactive individual who can collaborate with various teams to ensure effective operational management and security operations processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the product owners, business analysts, and capability engineering leads to drive operational change and streamline processes.
- Define and document operational management processes, focusing on system health and security operations.
- Utilize the Microsoft Defender/E5 Security suite, Azure AD P2/Active Directory, and network security platforms to assess system health and ensure proper configurations and updates.
- Develop troubleshooting processes to address system health issues promptly and efficiently.
- Work with HR to determine the required resources, including staffing and training, to support operational management processes effectively.
- Design and implement system health reporting processes that provide valuable insights to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist the Cyber Security Operations Centre (CSOC) in developing processes for detecting, containing, and eradicating malicious behavior and events.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a change analyst or similar role, driving operational changes within complex environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Defender/E5 Security suite, Azure AD P2/Active Directory, and network security platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess system health and troubleshoot issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data and metrics related to security operations.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and industry standards.
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
