**Delivery Principal / Entrepreneur in Residence, **Net Zero Venture**

Beca’s New Ventures Accelerator (NVA) team are seeking an experienced and passionate entrepreneur to deliver the services of our next sustainability venture. This is a high impact opportunity to help shape the direction of this service, build the operational structure needed for rapid growth, while helping clients tackle and act on pressing global sustainability challenges.

We create, design and optimise assets and infrastructure to make everyday better for our clients and communities.

Our Net Zero venture is positioned to become a leading-edge service within this critical field. Its mission is to help organisations assess their carbon emissions, take meaningful action to abate them, achieve net zero emissions targets, and play their part in helping decarbonise the world.

**What You Will Be Doing**

As one of our Entrepreneurs in Residence, you will be passionate about delivering creative, innovative sustainability solutions to a diverse range of clients. Working closely with the Venture Founder and the NVA team, you will also design the processes and implement the technology to enable delivery to be highly scalable.

An integral member of a small start-up team, this is a broad and challenging role, and your responsibilities will vary as the business grows. You must be comfortable working in an agile and evolving environment. We welcome your fresh ideas and your contribution to shaping our team from both a cultural and technical perspective.

We’re looking for a delivery entrepreneur who is excited about being a founding and integral member of an ambitious team who’s building a global start-up to help organisations solve their environmental and carbon challenges.

**What You Will Bring**
- Sustainability industry experience, ideally with expertise in the field of climate change mitigation/decarbonisation
- Knowledge of carbon accounting processes and frameworks, experience with advising on decarbonisation strategies
- Experience and the ability to build a global ‘gold standard’ service based on environmental industry disciplines
- Experience in creating and building scalable delivery through successful partnerships
- Ideally, previous experience in managing delivery for start-ups
