Qualifications Skills and experience:You may have three to five years of relevant experience and some of the below:Experience defining and managing technical cloud requirements, acting as a subject matter expert to understand the required solution and ensure successful development and deployment.Hands-on experience in the development and delivery of cloud-based solutions, including involvement in solution design, functional specifications, system configuration, documentation, testing, and training activities.Ability to design, build, and support middleware and integration solutions across enterprise systems using platforms such as Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar.Experience developing and executing data migration strategies, including data cleansing, validation, and transformation with strong knowledge of the ETL tools, and data quality management practices.Expertise in delivering custom reporting solutions and dashboards aligned with business needs with reporting & analytics tools like OTBI, BI Publisher, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.Ability to implement system enhancements and optimisations to improve performance and scalability and user experience.Experience developing proof of concepts, demonstrations and other pre-sales activitiesFamiliarity with cloud platforms (Oracle Cloud, Azure, AWS, GCP) is an advantage.Exposure to Oracle ERP Cloud / HCM Cloud / EPM will be highly regarded along with knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL, APIs, Web Services (REST/SOAP).Consulting experience with a large Tier 1 professional services organisation preferred but not essential.Ability to work independently, execute implementation project work following established guidelines/procedures and take initiative to explore and solve problems.Exceptional client service and client management skills; able to build and maintain effective client relationships.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Committed to maintaining and developing own skills and certifications; willing to learn, embrace challenges and be hands-on.
