As a Front of House team member, you'll deliver outstanding guest experiences, support smooth floor operations, and bring energy and warmth to every service.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and serve guests with a welcoming, professional approach
  • Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure accurate billing
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting dining area
  • Assist with setup, table turns, and service flow during busy periods
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service
  • Uphold health, safety, and service standards at all times

What We're Looking For

  • Previous FOH experience in hospitality or high-quality dining
  • Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Calm, confident, and efficient under pressure
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
