Maintenance and Cleaner:

At McDonald's, we have a big focus on maintaining a clean environment for our customers and staff. The Maintenance position requires someone who can work independently, and has a high level of detail when cleaning, and setting up the restaurant for serving customers.

Cleaning and preparing the restaurant for serving our customers forms a large part of the job. The Maintenance position also accepts deliveries from our suppliers.

Maintenance shifts generally start early in the morning, as early as 2am, so someone who is reliable, dependable and can work in the early hours of the day is required.

There is also a need to complete non technical Planned Maintenance on our equipment. Training is provided using established systems and PM task sheets.

The position is for full time work. The restaurant is open 365 days a year, and shifts can be assigned Monday through to Sunday. A typical schedule would be posted where the successful candidate would be needed to work up to 5 days a week.
