About the Role:

  • This is a temporary role through March 2026,  based in North Shore.
  • Manage group travel reservations and service bookings for tours across New Zealand
  • Handle reservations, service bookings, quotations, and documentation with accuracy and timeliness
  • Handle invoicing, amendments, and finalizing tour itineraries
  • Liaise with suppliers, guides, and tour leaders to ensure smooth operations
  • Provide exceptional service and support to travel agents and clients

About You:

  • Experience in group travel operations
  • Strong knowledge of New Zealand as a tourism destination
  • Experience with Tourplan or similar platforms is required
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with suppliers and tour leaders
  • Detail-oriented, strong administrative and problem-solving abilities
  • Positive, friendly, and team-oriented attitude
  • Demonstrates initiative, integrity, and sound decision-making
  • Committed to delivering outstanding customer service
