**About the role**:
Join The Fono Trust, a Pacific organization with over 30 years of service, offering an integrated model of care across a diverse range of services from nine locations in Auckland and Northland.

We are seeking an enthusiastic administrator with HR experience to join our Corporate Services team at our Mt Wellington Regional Headquarters.

Become part of our team and help enhance Pasifika wellbeing. Reporting to the Manager - Quality Assurance, the People Services Administrator provides operational support in human relations, working closely with the asset team, service unit managers, team leaders, and staff.

Key responsibilities include:
- Onboarding new employees and contractors, including orientation, asset issuance and, and coordinating with service managers for induction.- Assisting the assets and quality team with asset management and standards/ accreditation.- Supporting The Fono Group managers in various HR management areas.- Managing employment documentation and contributing to the development of HR policies.- Reporting on specific aspects of the HR system.- Collaborating with the Quality and H&S team to align HR-related policies and procedures.- Leading and participating in people focused activities and projects as directed.

**About you**:
To excel in this role, you will:
- Have a strong understanding of Pacific cultures and protocols and be passionate about making a positive impact on Pacific communities across Auckland.- Possess a high level of computer knowledge and the ability to quickly learn the organisations systems and programs.- Be skilled in building rapport with a diverse range of people.- Demonstrate strong administrative and record-keeping skills.- Have a proven ability to research and develop procedures/ SOPs.- Be versatile, adaptable, and able to multitask effectively.- Enjoy working as part of a team.- Hold a full NZ driver’s license.
