Our Transformation and Delivery Practice team works across all areas of delivery, including Business Analysis, Change Management and Execution. These chapters support initiatives across ASB, helping us work in new ways and develop outstanding customer experiences through change and transformation

Working with the Lending Compliance team will see you assess existing systems and processes to identify changes required to facilitate strategic goals and outcomes. You will also be involved in the development of high level business requirements for system changes, investigation of methods to enable tracking and reporting.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in enabling great customer outcomes by providing top-class business analysis services within our Lending Transformation or Lending Compliance teams.

You are a passionate, positive, and experienced business analysis professional with a demonstrated ability to think critically and enable great customer outcomes. Skilled at managing diverse stakeholders using all forms of communication, you have proven experience in Lending Transformation or Lending Compliance initiatives. You are known for your united, fun, collaborative, and empowering approach to complex work.

• To have demonstrated these traits you'd likely have at least 5 years' experience working as a Business Analyst
• Experience with Lending Transformation or Lending Compliance initiatives is preferred
