About the Role
As our Project Coordinator, you'll be the glue that keeps our projects together. You'll coordinate, organise, and support key project activities — ensuring that every detail, document, and deadline lines up perfectly.
You'll report to the Head of Shared Services and work closely with teams across Portacom to help deliver exceptional results for our clients.
You'll Be:
- Assisting with the financial management of projects, ensuring invoices and purchase orders are accurate and timely
- Supporting the project team with key administrative and reporting functions
- Maintaining project documentation, records, and monthly reporting
- Coordinating the full tender process — from initial enquiry through to submission
- Preparing and formatting tender submissions to ensure compliance and quality
- Managing tender registers, portals (Tenderlink, GETS, etc.), and documentation libraries
- Supporting post-tender reviews and process improvements
- Building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners

Who We're Looking For
A proactive, detail-oriented coordinator who loves being part of a high-performing team. You'll enjoy juggling multiple projects, supporting others, and helping things run like clockwork.
You'll Bring:
- A relevant qualification and at least 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Experience in construction or manufacturing, including tender/bid coordination
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with great attention to detail
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and document management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with procurement portals such as GETS
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
