Workshop Admin Coordinator

**About the opportunity**:
Join an experienced Transport company based in Wiri, Auckland as the Workshop Administration Coordinator This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a well-established organization.

You will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of the workshop, be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, ensuring efficient communication, and maintaining accurate records. **Key responsibilities**:

- Coordinate administrative tasks in the workshop, including maintaining records, filing documents, and managing schedules.
- Support effective communication between workshop team and Operations.
- Assist in procurement and inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels.
- Collaborate with the workshop team to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Provide general administrative support to the workshop, including data entry, report generation, invoicing, timecards, and handling inquiries.

**This role will suit someone with all or some of the following background / experience / qualities**:

- Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in a workshop environment or mechanically minded
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with workshop team, Management and service providers.
- Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with record-keeping systems.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks to ensure quality outputs.
