What You'll Bring | The Expertise That Sets You Apart
We're looking for someone exceptional — someone who:
- Has extensive, hands-on expertise of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You've led complex implementations, solved gnarly problems, and know the platform inside out (any knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement would be nice to have).
- Brings a strong working knowledge of Azure services and Power Platform tools — and knows how to integrate them to unlock real business value.
- Thrives in leadership. You've built and inspired teams, created momentum, and know how to bring people together around a shared vision.
- Understands the power of collaboration. You'll work closely with our Auckland-based leadership and cross-practice teams to deliver integrated, future-ready solutions.
- Is commercially savvy. You can spot opportunities, build business cases, and turn ideas into action.
- Communicates with clarity, confidence, and empathy — whether you're talking to a developer, a customer or CFO
