Build your Cost Management and Quantity Surveying consulting career as part of the Project Strategy and Delivery team based in the Beca Wellington office. You will be working on a diverse range of client projects in the city and surrounding regions, with the opportunity to significantly develop your cost advisory / quantity surveying career such as your technical, project delivery and consulting skill abilities. As part of Beca's wider national cost team, you'll be able to contribute to exciting local projects across the region and also have the opportunity to work across multiple regions and sectors throughout New Zealand. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work across a variety of sectors, including civil infrastructure, transport, building, industrial, and water projects. This role offers scope for success and progression within the Wellington region. If you are a registered member of NZIQS or RICS, this could be an advantage. However, if obtaining registration with either is one of your career goals, we can support you in achieving it. While we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds, experience in civil infrastructure or transport would be an advantage. A demonstrated ability across cost management functions is essential, along with the capability to solve complex client challenges collaboratively.

This position may suit candidates from a broad range of backgrounds. While the role covers a variety of sectors, a background in civil infrastructure or transport, as well as experience across the region would be an advantage. You will have demonstrated experience across the cost management function, and the ability to work with others to solve complex client problems.

Ultimately this is a key role to strengthen our National Cost Management business. We are looking for a driven and commercially minded professional with a collaborative approach, who is credible. You will be part of a close-knit team who like to have fun along the way, so a good sense of humour will hold you in good stead.
