As Account Sales Manager for the Wellington region, you'll be responsible for nurturing existing customers, developing new business opportunities, and driving growth across a diverse client base. You'll work closely with a small, experienced local team and have national support behind you to help you succeed. 

This is a full-time, on-the-road position(Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm), covering the Lower North Island with some regional travel (3–4 nights per month). 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand a portfolio of customers, building long-term business relationships.
  • Identify and convert new sales opportunities within the signage and print industries.
  • Provide tailored product and service solutions that add measurable value for clients.
  • Plan and manage your own sales schedule, including travel across your territory.
  • Collaborate with customer service and warehouse teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Act as a key representative for the business, upholding strong communication, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Support the ongoing growth and culture of a small, high-performing team.

About You:

You're a confident and adaptable salesperson who thrives on autonomy and results. You'll bring: 

  • Proven B2B sales or account management experience.
  • A passion for developing relationships and uncovering growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and follow-up skills.
  • The ability to quickly learn new products and markets.
  • A proactive mindset with resilience and initiative.
  • A full driver's licence (forklift licence desirable but not essential).

Industry experience is not required — success in this role will come from your drive, curiosity, and proven sales skills.
