We are seeking a passionate and reliable Full time & part time chefs/cooks to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will assist in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen, and supporting the other Chefs in daily operations.

This role is ideal for someone with a love of food, attention to detail, good communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Hours: Full time also seeking part time, including weekends and some evenings as required.

Key Responsibilities:


•    Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.


•    Assist with food preparation, stock rotation, stock ordering and kitchen organisation.


•    Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and presentation.


•    Support the team during busy service periods.


•    Follow all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:


•    Previous kitchen experience preferred but not essential.


•    Food hygiene certification desirable.


•    Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.
