Precious Metals Sales and Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Precious Metals Sales and Support Specialist to join our team (previous applicants need not re-apply). In this role, you'll be working with warm, inbound leads—customers who are already motivated and ready to invest in their financial future. You'll play a key role in guiding customers on their journey of wealth protection, ensuring that we deliver on our mission to help them succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Support: Engage with customers across a broad spectrum of wealth levels, from large investors to modest clients, offering them the knowledge and confidence they need to protect and grow their wealth.
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships, understanding each customer's unique needs, concerns, and goals. Our approach is a lifetime partnership, not a one-time transaction.
• Financial & Treasury Functions: Manage financial processes, assist with budgeting and account management, and support sales strategies with accurate financial analysis.
• Marketing & Administration Support: Assist with client queries, sales support, and general office tasks. Use CRM software and Office 365 to maintain customer records and follow up on leads.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven sales experience, ideally in high-value investment or finance-related products.
• Knowledge of current world affairs, money markets, and a genuine interest in finance, wealth management, and global politics.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with clients across various backgrounds.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Office 365.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for customers.
