You will prevent potential business threats today, protect brands, reputations and communities around us by proactively advising on exposure to fraud, corruption, money laundering and other financial crime issues.You'll be an integral member of a highly successful, collaborative, diverse and multi-disciplinary Forensic team comprising forensic accountants, investigators, data analytics experts and fellow forensic technology colleagues.Your role as a Manager requires you to lead and develop a high-performing team, supporting them to make an impact that matters and setting the direction to deliver exceptional client service across digital forensic matters.Your core role will include:Delivering exceptional service to clientsWorking with the partners on business developmentDeveloping the teamEnsuring the team consistently delivers high quality work across projects, including:Identifying and collecting evidence from a range of digital sources including email, mobile and cloud in a forensically sound mannerProcessing vast volumes of evidence for investigation, discovery and regulatory purposesInvestigating digital sources of evidence for a range of issues including fraud, theft/leaking of confidential data and various employee issuesManaging discovery projects using advanced review efficiency techniques, including email threading, textual near-duplicate analysis, and AI-data analysis and review.Providing forensic support for cyber incident responseReporting on the work completed and findings. Members of the Forensic team are required to provide evidence to Court from time to time.Your expertise:Bring your expertise at serving clients, working with other team members and strong technical background to deliver innovative solutions to solve complex client problems. Your core skills/experience should include:Strong digital forensic skills including mobileExperience with Axiom, Cellebrite and other digital forensic toolsGood project management skillsExcellent communication skills including writing reports, briefs of evidence and affidavits.Strong Discovery skills, including workflow design and managementExperience with RelativityThe following will be considered an advantage:Professional services experienceExperience with Nuix and BrainspaceExperience with EnCaseExperience with SQL and/or PythonProgramming skillsExperience providing evidence in CourtYour locationAuckland is rated one of the most livable cities in the world globally evaluated on factors such as personal safety, environment, education, transportation and health.
