Operating in the fast moving market of the wider white collar sector, you will have a genuine willingness to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in. It is a role only suited to someone who is going to get up and go,go,go. Prior or existing recruitment experience across a temporary portfolio is seen as essential. This is a platform to build your own little empire. An average working week will be the same as what you are doing now - market presence,focusing on key stakeholders and their temporary staffing needs, sourcing new talent, managing existing temps on assignment, and the odd banging on doors/the odd ad chasing and whatever else as seen as vital to growing your desk. The key to this role is a proven background in growing a desk and strong recruitment experience in sourcing ,recruiting and managing temporary staff.At the end of the day it is all about being creditable and capable when it comes to getting the job done.
