Programmed Skilled Workforce are seeking an experienced Blue Collar Recruitment Consultant to join the team based at Mt Wellington.

Our division provides our clients with expertise in blue collar temporary, contract and permanent staff across industry segments such Trades, Manufacturing, Logistics, FMCG and Civil positions.

Reporting into the Northern Regional Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Building strong relationships with current and new clients whilst understanding their business and workforce solutions
- Strategic planning of your recruitment desk and brand
- Operational and systems management of your recruitment desk
- Supporting in opportunities to cross sell services to clients
- Working collaboratively with divisions and branches for sustainable growth
- Supporting and driving brand awareness

**In order to thrive in this position, the following attributes are highly valued**:

- A preference of 2 years' experience in a consultant and/or resourcing role is preferred
- Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Be approachable and confident in dealing with a variety of people
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience working in blue collar recruitment
- Have strong computer literacy, Microsoft Office, Fast Track
- Ability to work quickly and accurately to complete high volumes
- Administration savvy
- Strong computer literacy, Microsoft Office
- Conducting toolbox meetings
- Ensuring health and safety is adhered too
- Great communication
- Customer service focused
- Proven ability to multi-task
- Reliability and Trustworthiness
- Reliable transport
- Outstanding attitude, and a willingness to learn and develop
