Right now, we're looking for a Customer Support Assistant to join our Dunedin team and be the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for our customers.

  • Full Time Monday to Friday hours - 40 hours a week worked between the hours of 7am – 7pm

What You'll Do

  • Be the go-to person for customer enquiries – by phone, email, and in person.
  • Process orders with accuracy and care.
  • Provide Tier 1 technical support and connect customers with the right experts.
  • Keep things running smoothly with top-notch admin and coordination.
  • Work closely with our Sales, Technical, and Logistics teams to deliver exceptional service.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • A natural communicator – clear, friendly, and professional.
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft and Sharepoint.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
  • A team player with a passion for delighting customers.

Bonus points: A certificate or diploma in Business Administration or related field.
