A well known Contact Centre in Wellington are seeking extra support to cover their busy season. A fun, dynamic and team focused working environment with supportive management This Company has a warm and inviting office & are on the look out for new staff members to join their team.

The Role:

  • Dates: Monday 5th January until 16th January
  • Pay: $27 per hour + 8% holiday pay, paid weekly
  • Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8AM - 5PM.

About You:

  • Previous customer service experience is ideal, but we welcome applicants from various backgrounds, including call centres, hospitality, retail, and university students.
  • Thrives in a challenging and vibrant environment.
  • Must hold valid working rights in New Zealand (working visa, residency, or citizenship).

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring positive and high-quality interactions.
  • Engage in strong, effective conversations with customers, showing genuine interest in resolving their issues.
  • Interact with customers via email, webchat, and telephone.

Requirements:

  • Must have long-term work rights in New Zealand.
  • A clear criminal history is essential.
