We're looking for a sharp, organized, and unflappable Lending Support Admin to join our Avanti Finance Business team. Reporting to the Manager – Avanti Finance Business, you'll be the critical link in our lending operations, ensuring every loan application flows smoothly from approval to settlement while keeping our lenders, customers, and introducers happy. Your attention to detail and timely execution means every loan meets Avanti standards, every customer gets exceptional service, and every deal closes without a hitch. No pressure, but you're kind of essential.

What you'll be doing:

  • Support the lending team with responsive, high-quality admin that keeps workflows smooth
  • Generate loan contracts with laser-focus accuracy and speed
  • Complete pre-settlement checks: documentation, AML, CDD, credit checks—nothing gets missed
  • Prepare files for payout and ensure everything's ready to go
  • Handle post-settlement queries: loan restructures, statements, settlement quotes, security releases
  • Chase information from advisors, lawyers, and third parties (diplomatically but persistently)
  • Liaise with the Admin team on security releases and general enquiries
  • Juggle competing priorities without breaking a sweat, multitasking is your superpower

Who you are:

  • 1–2 years' experience in finance or similar administrative support - but if you've got a solid admin background and love working with detail and deadlines, apply anyway
  • Detail-obsessed with flawless data entry skills
  • Strong communicator who handles tricky conversations with confidence
  • Quick to pick up loan platforms and new systems
  • Thrive under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Adaptable, positive, and energized by change
  • Self-motivated team player with a strong work ethic
