What you'll be doing:

You'll play a key role in supporting our Commercial Business Development (CBD) Managers and ensuring smooth operations across wholesale, trade, and commercial accounts. Your responsibilities will include:

Commercial Business Support
  • Managing, tracking, and processing Elite & Code Commercial orders with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Responding to client consultations, quotes, and enquiries in a timely, professional manner.
  • Coordinating product returns/credits in collaboration with our Aftersales team.
  • Overseeing the Wholesale inbox ensuring fast and effective responses.
  • Building strong relationships with new CBD customers and supporting ongoing client partnerships.
  • Providing administrative support such as welcome packs, account forms, and price lists.
Merchandising
  • Ensuring wholesale client stores are well-equipped with displays, brochures, colour samples, and updated product information.
  • Maintaining registers of display locations and contents.
  • Collaborating with the Marketing and Brand teams on new product launches and merchandising upgrades.
Database & Client Relationship Management
  • Maintaining logs of client contacts and interactions.
  • Tracking relationships to strengthen connections and identify new business opportunities.
Reporting
  • Producing monthly reports for the Senior Leadership Team, highlighting sales sources, progress with new clients, and overall growth in Commercial Business.
About you:

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with systems, price lists, and product data.
  • An excellent communicator who enjoys building relationships.
  • Confident in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and ideally familiar with ERP/CRM systems (experience with Accredo a bonus, but not essential).
