Benefitz is seeking a friendly, organised Receptionist & Admin/Office Assistant to join our busy North Shore facility. This is a varied role supporting our team, clients, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk: greet clients, handle calls and emails, direct enquiries
  • General office administration and support for staff and management
  • Assist the admin and accounting team with tasks and data entry
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure a tidy, welcoming environment (including basic cleaning duties)
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and service providers as needed
  • Help with internal events, meetings, and team activities
  • Jump in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly

Skills & Attributes:

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Confident and professional with clients and colleagues
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Experience with basic office software (Excel, Word, email)
  • Data entry experience and willingness to assist with accounts/admin
  • Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
  • Must be able to work on-site at our North Shore office, 5 days a week
