Your Impact

As an Events Coordinator, you'll help create unforgettable moments that connect our customers to the excitement of racing and sport. Based in Auckland, you'll support the planning, coordination, and seamless delivery of our events across New Zealand, ensuring every experience reflects Entain's energy and commitment to excellence. It's a great role for someone eager to grow their career in events, with opportunities to step up into broader event management responsibilities as our program continues to expand.

A Day in the Life

This hybrid role is based in our Auckland office, where you'll work with a passionate events team and be on-site across a range of exciting event venues. No two days are the same — one day you might be finalising logistics with suppliers, the next you're on the ground delivering an event that wows guests.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the planning and delivery of customer events from concept to completion.
  • Liaise with suppliers, venues, and contractors to bring each event to life.
  • Manage ticketing, logistics, and on-site event operations.
  • Maintain event budgets, records, and post-event reports.
  • Represent Entain's brands with professionalism and energy.
  • Support the broader ANZ Events team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
