ROLE SUMMARY:
ACG Parnell College are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented
Communications and Events Administrator
to support our school's communication, publications, and event coordination. This position is permanent, term time for 40 hours per week. We are looking for someone who can start the day at 8.00am, who is flexible and efficient, and enjoys working with young people.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage social media content, newsletters, and digital displays.
  • Coordinate publications including brochures, subject option booklets, and the yearbook.
  • Assist with planning and delivery of school events and hospitality.
  • Provide administrative support to the Middle School leadership team and Deans.
  • Liaise with the Head Office Marketing team and external suppliers.
  • Support reception and office functions as required.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and social media platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach.
