Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for production excellence? Tasti is seeking a motivated Line Manager to join our Twilight Shift team and drive performance, quality, and continuous improvement in our manufacturing operations.

About the Role

Hours are 16:20 - 00:50

You'll be responsible for leading a dedicated team in a designated production area. You'll ensure production targets are met, quality standards are upheld, and safety is championed. This is a key leadership role where your ability to manage people, solve problems, and drive improvement will make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage production operations during the Twilight Shift.
  • Ensure efficient running of manufacturing lines and adherence to schedules.
  • Spend 70% of your time actively in the production area.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance of your team.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate SOPs and ensure team compliance.
  • Solve operational issues and liaise with other departments.
  • Champion health and safety standards.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in a production environment.
  • Relevant qualifications (Engineering, Food Science, or Trade).
  • Strong understanding of production processes, food safety, and H&S.
  • Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with manufacturing equipment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and production software.
